                                              INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to art. 13 European Regulation 2016/679

In compliance with the provisions pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 Zolusa Srl in its capacity as Data Controller of personal data, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, informs you of the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, their scope of communication and diffusion, as well as the nature of their provision.

1. PURPOSE AND TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

The IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment, information relating to the user's behavior on the Site, to the pages that have been visited or searched for, in order to select and make specific announcements to the user of the Site and data relating to browsing behavior on the Site using, for example, cookies. When processing personal data that can, directly or indirectly, identify you, we try to respect a principle of strict necessity. For this reason, we have configured the Site in such a way that the use of personal data is reduced to a minimum and in order to limit the processing of personal data that allow you to be identified only in case of necessity or at the request of the authorities and law enforcement agencies. police (such as, for example, for data relating to traffic and your stay on the Site or to your IP address) or to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

2. DATA METHODS AND SECURITY

3. COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION

The data may be communicated to third parties for the carrying out of activities functional to the structure, such as maintenance and management of the site and more generally by all employees, including those of third parties (service, infrastructure, IT suppliers and the like). who are involved in the management and supervision of the same and duly appointed as data controllers. The transfer of data to non-EU countries is not foreseen. Otherwise, interested parties will be notified pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1, letter f) of the European Regulation 2016/679, in accordance with what is required by the Regulation itself.

The data will not be subject to dissemination.

4. THE RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

We inform you that as an interested party, in addition to the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, you also have the rights listed below, which you can assert by sending a specific written request to the Data Controller as indicated in point 1.

7. STORAGE TERMS

The data will be stored for the entire duration of the browsing session on the Site and for the time necessary to carry out the purposes listed above in compliance with the terms of the law. After these terms, the personal data will be destroyed, deleted or made anonymous (if not already collected anonymously).

8. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE REFUSAL TO RESPOND

The provision of your data, which is the subject of the processing, is optional and failure to provide it has the sole consequence of the impossibility of managing the requests received.

For any processing of your personal data falling within the specifications set out in the art. 6 of regulation 2016/679, you will be asked, as per current legislation, for explicit consent for each individual type of processing of personal data.

9. LEGAL BASIS

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the data controller in responding to your requests for information. In the case of receipt of CVs, the legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures as per your request.

For any processing of your personal data falling within the specifications set out in the art. 7 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you will be asked from time to time, as per current legislation, explicit consent for each individual type of processing of personal data.
